At Korman Fine Jewelry , we want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns for items under $1,000 for a full refund, exchange, or in-store credit within 10 days of receipt. Items over $1,000 can be exchanged or receive in-store credit within 10 days of receipt.
Any merchandise that was sized, altered, engraved, damaged or disclosed as ‘non-refundable’ cannot be returned. Before you decide to initiate a return, give us a call at (512) 451-9292 so that we can make sure, no matter how you choose to proceed, that you are 100% satisfied.
All returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and be in the same condition in which it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless it is defective.
Shipping is non-refundable. A refund on shipping will only be applied if there was a discrepancy or error during the checkout process through kormanfinejewelry.com
Returns will be credited in the same way in which they were paid.

Korman Fine Jewelry allows shipping to almost any address you wish. For your protection and our insurance requirements, we request a verified address for credit card payments. We will not ship to a PO Box.

Processing a Return
Step 1: Return Authorization
Please email email@example.com to get a return authorization number. This number will need to be written on the outside of the package. Any returns that do not have an RA# WILL NOT be accepted and WILL BE returned to the sender. Return authorization numbers will expire within 10 business days.
Step 2: Shipping an item back to Korman Fine Jewelry
Please box all merchandise, packaging, receipt, and an email confirmation of your RA#.

Korman Fine Jewelry is not responsible for any lost packages, therefore you should ensure your package through the carrier for the full retail value. If the merchandise is less that $500, you can ship it through any carrier. Please be sure to insure your package for the full retail value and request a return confirmation that your package has been delivered to its destination.
If the merchandise is more than $500, ship your package through the United States Postal Service(USPS) Registered Mail. Please be sure to insure your package for the full retail value and request a return confirmation that your package has been delivered to its destination. (UPS and Fedex will not insure jewelry shipments over $500)
Step 3: Receiving & Processing
Upon receipt, merchandise will be sent to our quality control department. Any items that show signs of wear, have been engraved, sized, altered, damaged, or disclosed as ‘non-refundable’ cannot be accepted. Returns that do contain their receipt or are improperly packaged will also not be accepted.
